The ECD Management Team
Lee Campbell: President
Lee started his career with Haliburton in the North Sea. After moving to Canada in 2000 he became the UBD/MPD Engineering Manager for Weatherford. In 2005 he founded Sonic Energy Services and helped grow the company’s UBD operations globally. Subsequent to Sonic he was the General Manager – Middle East for Strata Energy Services and helped spearhead their expansion into Iraq.
Most recently, Lee co-founded ECD Management and is proud to lead a team of highly experienced industry professionals delivering leading-edge technology and service. As an experienced operations’ executive, he has demonstrated an ability to lead diverse teams to success in highly competitive sectors of the oil & gas industry in several international markets.
Lee holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Omid Noori: Executive Vice-President
As one of the co-founders of ECD Management, Omid began his career with Halliburton as a Drilling Fluid Engineer and went on to Weatherford International and Schlumberger as UBD/MPD Engineering Manager and Eastern Hemisphere Senior Business Development Manager. His last subsequent posting was, VP of Business Development for Strata Energy Services and Upstream & Drilling division manager for Ali & Sons, a local company in UAE. Having worked for international Oil & Gas service providers and based in different parts of the globe, he brings with himself extensive international and technical experience.
Omid holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dundee and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
Mike Hudon: Vice-President of Operations
As VP Operations Mike brings over 30 years of oilfield experience with the vast majority of his career focused on Underbalanced and Managed Pressure Drilling Prior to joining ECD Management Mike was the VP Operations at Strata Energy Services. He was part of the leadership team that was responsible for their growth into a respected global provider of MPD/UBD services. Mike’s extensive field experience coupled with his leadership qualities are instrumental in ensuring our service delivery goals are met.
Ralph John: Vice President - Europe
Ralph John has a distinguished record of developing business in new, emerging and established markets across the globe for both market leaders and start-ups in the oil and gas industry.
Former VP of Worldwide Sales for National Oilwell based in Houston and served in a similar capacity at Smedvig in Singapore and most recently for Viking, International as VP of Business Development and Drilling Operations.
Operations Team
Dave Lamoureux: Technical Sales Advisor
Dave has 20+ years of experience in the drilling industry, including sales experience in drilling contracting, downhole tools, well control and drill pipe manufacturing. He began his career as a drilling rig technician and has since represented various oilfield service companies ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations. Dave prioritizes building long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals.
Monty Leeds: Senior Project Manager
As the Senior Project Manager Monty brings with him 25 years of experience leading teams in both Drilling Fluids & MPD operations. Before joining ECD Management, he worked for MI-SWACO as a MPD Project Manager where he honed his skills in preparing of MPD programs from basis of design to front end engineering through project execution. Monty’s global experience in MPD and Drilling Fluids extends from Western Canada, the United States & Caribbean to the Middle East and his attention to detail makes him an asset to our team.
Sarvnaz Bagheri: Officer Manager
Sarvnaz started her career as a human resource professional with Home Depot Canada, and later at Strata Energy. She received her B.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Lethbridge, and holds a PCP designation as a Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner. Before joining our team, Sarvnaz worked in the head office of Dana Hospitality in Toronto. Having worked in different industries, Sarvnaz brings a wide range of human resource and payroll experience to the company.
